Hotel 2TwentyOne operates as an apartment building with the rental flexibility of an extended stay hotel. We have a 30 night minimum on all rentals and require all tenants to go through our background check process and sign a lease agreement. Our lease agreements are on a month to month basis, so you have the flexibility to end your lease with only a 30 day written notice.
